As a photographer, I understand how important it is to choose someone you feel comfortable with and trust so that the process makes you feel confident and at ease. Trusting your photographer ensures those memories are captured authentically and meaningfully, making the entire process not just a shoot, but a valuable experience you can hold onto.
01. SUBMIT AN INQUIRY
I ask clients to submit an inquiry before deciding whether to take them on as a client to ensure we're a good fit for each other. This process allows me to understand their vision, expectations, and specific needs for the shoot. It also helps me assess if I can provide the style, quality, and experience they’re looking for. By starting with an inquiry, I can ensure a smoother collaboration and ultimately deliver the best possible results.
02. SCHEDULE A ZOOM
After receiving your inquiry, I will reach out via email to schedule a Zoom call. This gives us the opportunity to have a direct conversation, where I can listen to your ideas, understand your vision more clearly, and address any questions or concerns. Speaking with you allows me to better tailor the experience to your needs, clarify expectations, and ensure we're fully aligned on the details before moving forward with the booking. It’s a key step in building a strong working relationship and setting the foundation for a successful photoshoot.
03. SIGN YOUR CONTRACT
After our Zoom call, I will use the details we discuss to draw up a contract that clearly outlines both of our expectations. This contract will ensure we're both on the same page regarding timelines, deliverables, and any other important aspects of the shoot. You’ll have 48 hours to electronically sign the contract and pay the deposit to lock in your session. Having everything in writing, along with the deposit, ensures accountability on both sides and sets the foundation for a smooth and professional collaboration.
04. PAY YOUR DEPOSIT
Paying the deposit and signing the contract happen simultaneously, but I’ve separated these steps here to clarify that the deposit is required as a safeguard to prevent no-shows. The time I dedicate to working with you prevents me from taking other clients, so the deposit helps ensure I’m reserving that time exclusively for you.
05. SHOOT
Shooting is the fun part, where all our planning comes together and pays off. It's the moment we get to bring your vision to life, capturing the images we’ve discussed and crafted through our planning. By the time we’re here we can focus on creating beautiful, memorable shots without any stress or surprises.
06. RECEIVE YOUR GALLERY
My standard turnaround time is roughly two weeks. I strive to produce high-quality images at an efficient pace while ensuring every detail is perfect. Depending on the season and my current workload, I may be able to get your images to you sooner, or it could take a little longer. In either case, I will communicate any changes to the timeline, so you’re always in the loop and know when to expect your photos.
